-JOB SUMMARY-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paint and Sip Art Instructor/Party Host to join our team. As a Paint and Sip Art Instructor/Party Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, managing classes/events with precision, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all classes/events run smoothly and efficiently.
*DUTIES:
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including guest services and beverage management.
- Coordinate with the event team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide top-notch customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Oversee cash handling and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize your conflict management skills to handle any disputes or issues that may arise during events.
- Engage in public speaking to welcome guests and provide information about the event.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless transition between events.
- Provide guest services, including providing directions, answering questions, and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
*EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality is essential.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and conflict management.
- Experience in art instructions is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in party host or public speaking is an asset.
- Knowledge of guest services and the ability to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience to all guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for this role.
