Our Nevada based Law Firm, that has been around for 75 years, with this office located in Reno, Nevada, has an opening for an Experienced Litigation Paralegal to work with our Litigation Attorneys. This position offers HYBRID!

Requirements:

• 5-10 years plus of Litigation experience
• Computer savvy in MSWord, Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, etc.
• E-filing experience
• Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure
• Paralegal Certification from an ABA accredited program is required

Job Description:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses and correspondence
• Assist Attorneys in all phases of Litigation cases from initiation to trial
• Prepare fact investigation using legal research tools
• Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
• E-filing
• Billing your time
• Trial preparation

Salary will depend on your experience, however, we are in the range of $65-80K for the right person.
