We are currently seeking a Parking Enforcer to join our team. As a Parking Enforcer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of parking facilities and maintaining compliance with parking regulations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle money transactions. The pay is commissioned based.
Duties:
- Enforce parking regulations and issue citations for violations on assigned properties within the city of Rexburg, Idaho
- Patrol assigned areas to monitor parking activity within the city
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding parking rules and regulations
- Collect parking fees and handle money transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of citations issued and fees collected
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Drive company vehicles for patrol purposes
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals
- Proficient in money handling.
- Basic understanding handling money transactions and providing change
- Bilingual skills (is a plus) to effectively communicate with non-English speaking customers
- Ability to drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
