Part-time Administrative Assistant for land surveying firm to provide essential support for office operations. This role includes tasks such as answering phones, organizing files, handling correspondence, and assisting with paperwork related to land surveys and supporting the firm's administrative needs.
Office Management and Administration:
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Handling correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Assisting with billing and invoicing.
Survey Support:
- Maintaining accurate records of survey work, including field notes, reports, and other documents.
- Performing basic plat research using online records and GIS systems.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Responding to inquiries and providing information about the firm and its services.
- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
- Managing office supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Quick Books and spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
