We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to lead a team of employees, manage store activities, and maintain an engaging shopping environment.
Duties
- Assist in supervising daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Oversee shift management, including staff scheduling, training, and employee orientation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating team members and encouraging professional development.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong skills in sales techniques and market analysis to drive business growth.
- Proven ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for administrative tasks.
