Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BCBA with at least two years of experience to join our team in a part-time role (4-5 hours daily). This position offers the chance to provide high-quality behavioral services while enjoying a flexible work schedule in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 – $70 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Impactful Programs: Conduct assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to improve the lives of children with ASD.
- Mentorship and Support: Supervise and guide RBTs and other clinical staff to ensure effective therapy.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with families and staff to provide comprehensive care for clients.
- Shaping the Clinic’s Success: Contribute to the success of the clinic by fostering client satisfaction and staff development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience, with proven success in ABA therapy for children with autism.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices, data collection, and treatment plan development.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to effectively mentor and supervise a team of RBTs.
