Schedule - Full-time 20 hours/week

The director shall be responsible for the overall operation of the psychiatric outpatient clinic, including daily management, ensuring that clinical supervision is available during all operational hours, developing a quality improvement plan for the psychiatric outpatient clinic and monitoring adherence with this chapter.
The clinical supervisor’s responsibilities shall include all of the following:
- Supervision of clinical staff.
- Audit clinical records and billing of session claims from EMR system
- Development or implementation of the policies and procedures for the operation of the psychiatric outpatient clinic.
- Regular meetings of clinical staff to discuss clinical cases, treatment plans, policies and procedures.
- Liaison with other portions of the service system.
- Employment, supervision and discharge of clinical staff according to established personnel policies.
- Supervision and documentation of clinical staff training and development
- Conduct therapy/ intake sessions as needed
- Provide supervision for clinicians
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable of CARF regulations
- Master's degree in mental health, health services, business administration, or related field required.
- Prior community organizing, campaign organizing, and/or other forms of constituent building experience (small-and/or large-scale) preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include evenings and weekends to meet the needs of community residents and be present at community function.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of community development issues, and experience working in diverse communities including multiple generations (seniors, youth, working adults), as well as across ethnic and racial communities
- Strong command of MS Office tools including Power Point, Excel and Word
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to research and interpret accreditation standards, criteria, and elements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and keep thorough and accurate records
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to create and maintain good working relationships
- Able to see projects through from start to completion, and to meet firm deadlines
- Strong project management skills and ability to work with others to ensure deadlines are met.
