Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial buildings at various stages of construction.
- Review construction plans, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze building materials and methods to assess quality control measures.
- Collect data on construction sites to document compliance and identify potential issues.
- Communicate findings effectively with contractors, architects, and property owners.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection results and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Stay updated on changes in building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
