Lemon and Sage Cleaning is seeking a motivated and dependable part-time Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves working alongside the owner to complete residential and commercial cleaning jobs throughout the Triad area. You’ll help deliver high-quality service that keeps our clients’ homes and businesses fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained.

Duties
- Assist with residential and commercial cleanings across the Triad area
- Follow detailed checklists to complete deep cleans, maintenance cleans, and move-in/move-out services
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism at all times
- Arrive on time to scheduled job sites and communicate effectively with team members
- Use provided cleaning tools and eco-friendly products safely and efficiently
- Respect and care for clients’ homes, pets, and property
- Report any issues, damages, or supply needs promptly
- Keep personal vehicle clean and organized for travel between jobs
- Occasionally work independently when needed
