Job Description Summary
JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT
This position is responsible to maintain upkeep of all buildings and provide set-up services for events.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
FUNCTIONS
- Maintains buildings and provides general custodial duties, i.e. sweeping, mopping, bathroom clean-up, empty trash, clean indoor windows and blinds; monitors and maintains the single stream recycle program
- Assists with University set ups
- Assists with training new employees; trains and supervises student employees
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- General cleaning of assigned areas using appropriate equipment; recycle program.
- Assists with University set ups.

Minimum Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
MINIMUM JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and techniques.
Interpersonal and communication skills necessary in order to deal with a variety of publics
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year related experience
