Now Hiring: Evening Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor – Oʻahu
Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for guiding others? We're looking for an organized, proactive supervisor to help lead evening janitorial operations at multiple job sites across Oʻahu.
Position Overview
- Title: Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor
- Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Evening shifts, schedule varies by location
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Coverage Area: Multiple Oʻahu-based sites

Your Core Responsibilities
- Secure facilities and lock buildings at the end of shifts
- Supervise evening janitorial teams and assign tasks
- Perform general cleaning duties alongside team members
- Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces meet cleanliness standards
- Oversee sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal
- Conduct site checks to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
- Provide feedback and guidance to maintain high service levels
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings (random testing may apply)
- Willingness to travel between job sites
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualities:
- Previous supervisory or janitorial experience helpful but not required
- Strong leadership presence with a team-first mindset
- Committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
- Leads with integrity and professionalism
