Part-Time Executive Housekeeper/House Manager Needed for Private Family in San Francisco
Start: ASAP - willing to wait for the right fit
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM with flexibility for more hours.
Compensation: $55 per hour, guaranteed hours, paid vacation, paid sick time and paid holidays

Description:
A busy family living in San Francisco is seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper/house manager who can take the lead in keeping the home clean and organized. While the main focus will be housekeeping, it is also important to be flexible and be able to help with other tasks when needed.
The family has a 2.5-year-old daughter and is expecting a new baby in August. They also have a full-time nanny and a baby nurse that will live on site once baby is born. Candidates should be comfortable being around children in case minimal support is needed. There is also a pet dog in the home, so being comfortable around pets is important.
Properties:
3 buildings total approximately 7,000 sq ft in San Francisco
⦁ Main house (~4,000 sq ft) - primary residence
⦁ In-law unit (~1,400 sq ft) - husband's office and gym
⦁ Newly purchased neighbor's home - office and guest quarters (baby nurse will stay)
Responsibilities:
Primary Focus - Executive Housekeeping
⦁ Deep and light cleaning across all three properties
⦁ Laundry management and linen changes for entire household
⦁ Ironing as needed
⦁ Organization and maintenance of all living spaces
⦁ Trash and recycling management
⦁ Coordination with existing Saturday housekeeper
Meal Preparation:
⦁ Assist when chef is unavailable
⦁ Simple meal prep (smoothies, light pasta dishes)
⦁ Grocery shopping as needed
⦁ Kitchen maintenance
Additional Responsibilities:
⦁ Light household management tasks
⦁ Running errands as needed
⦁ Coordinating with all staff when events, parties, and dinners are hosted
Requirements:
⦁ Minimum of 5 Years experience as a professional housekeeper/ house manager, preferably in high-end residential properties
⦁ Excellent references from previous families.
⦁ Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all tasks
⦁ Ability to work independently
⦁ Meal preparation capabilities
⦁ Must be comfortable with children (toddlers and newborns)
⦁ Commitment to long-term
⦁ CPR and First Aid certification required.
⦁ Must pass a background check for safety and reliability.
⦁ Proof of immunizations required, including a negative TB test, Recent flu vaccine, Tdap, and COVID vaccination
⦁ Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for transporting the child to various activities.
Uniform Policy:
⦁ Casual, comfortable attire for daily work
⦁ Uniform may be requested for special events
