Job Overview
We are a short term rental management company and we are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in residential maintenance and repair. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Duties
- Setting up our new Airbnb cabins, both interior and exterior
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings, including cleaning spa filters, appliance error trouble shootings, regular repairs, water leaking detection, etc.
- Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
Working hours are expected to be 25-50 hours per week. Preferred working hours are 11am-2pm, 4pm-7pm on the working day but can be flexible.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
