We are looking for people who are caring, servant-hearted, and are always willing to go above and beyond. This position is ideal for someone with open availability who is looking to work full-time on our BOH team.
As a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Strive to produce amazing food while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Treat all people with honor, dignity, and respect while meeting speed of service related goals and being an engaging Team player.
- Actively participate in promoting a culture of food safety within the kitchen.
- Follow established systems and directions from Leadership Team.
- Working in a fast-paced environment across multiple stations including filleting, breading, and frying chicken and fries.
- Have a high sense of urgency while maintaining utmost Guest satisfaction and providing an amazing product.
Requirements:
- Must have integrity, be able to work with a team, be coachable, maintain a high attention to detail, and have the ability to self-motivate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around hot equipment and temperatures.
- In this position, you must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and holidays. You will be expected to be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
- Prior related experience preferred but not required.
