Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or similar environment and possess a strong understanding of laundering processes, including dry cleaning techniques.
Duties
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and garments according to established procedures.
- Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Cleaning of public spaces (bathrooms, hallways, pool area etc)
Experience
- No experience needed. Will train
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
