About the Role
This isn’t just a maintenance job — it’s a chance to get behind-the-scenes of our community. As a Part-Time Maintenance Helper, you’ll work alongside our Maintenance Manager to help keep the property in top shape. From watering the grass to refreshing vacant units, you’ll bring care, reliability, and heart to everything you do.
What You’ll Do
- Help keep our grounds clean, beautiful, and litter-free
- Assist with basic repairs, painting, patching, light plumbing, and more
- Water lawns and landscaped areas (we love green spaces!)
- Support unit turnover by helping prepare apartments for new residents
- Contribute to small projects that make a big difference
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in their work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and easy to get along with
- Physically able to lift, bend, and move around the property
- Experience in janitorial, landscaping, or light maintenance is a big plus
- Bonus: Valid driver’s license for occasional errands (not required)
