Part-Time Cleaning Positions Available – Join the Simple Clean Team!
Simple Clean Janitorial is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time cleaning role located on Moana Lane.
Schedule:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Shift must be completed between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Each shift is guaranteed 3 paid hours (9 hours total per week)

Pay:
- Starting wage: $16/hour during training (typically 1–4 weeks)
- Increases to $17/hour upon completion of training
- Raises to $18/hour after 6 months of employment
- Compensation is for set times for a cleaning location. The set times are calculated so that once trained a person can finish the clean at least 15 minutes before the end of the paid time, and often more with hustle. - So for instance, if making $17/hr and finishing 15 minutes early, that would be $4.25 'extra pay'. It is this extra pay that more than compensates for mileage and gas costs. Our intention is to be more than fair and we are happy to discuss this in more detail!
About the Job:
Cleaning with Simple Clean is an active job—it’s not uncommon to break a light sweat while mopping, using a backpack vacuum, or cleaning restrooms. Many of our team members enjoy the physical nature of the work, especially after a day spent at a desk or in class.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through with tasks
- Comfortable discussing detailed work instructions in English

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (public transportation, bikes, or walking are not suitable due to travel between job sites)
