**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest infestations, and implementing effective treatment plans to eradicate pests. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, interact with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. A COMPANY TRUCK will be provided!
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and conducive conditions.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on the type of pest infestation, property layout, and client preferences.
- Safely and effectively apply pesticides and other pest control products to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and educating customers on pest prevention methods.
- Document all service activities, including inspections, treatments, and recommendations, using digital reporting tools.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and uphold company standards of quality and professionalism.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in pest management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
