B Fresh Gear is a fast-growing lifestyle apparel and accessories brand known for unique designs, creative energy, and a strong community of customers. We’re looking for a motivated Part-Time Remote Sales Associate to join our team and help drive growth across retail and wholesale channels.
Role Overview
As a Sales Associate (BDR/SDR/Account Manager), you will be responsible for generating and managing new business opportunities, building relationships with accounts, and helping B Fresh Gear expand into new markets. This role combines business development, sales prospecting, account management, and closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads from provided call lists and self-sourced opportunities.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and CRM tools to set meetings and discover opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and present B Fresh Gear products/services.
- Manage the sales pipeline through CRM, keeping data accurate and up to date.
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
- Support account management after the close, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of proven sales experience (inside sales, BDR, SDR, or account management preferred).
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, discovery, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Positive, coachable attitude and ability to thrive in a growth-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly base pay + commission structure, ninety day paid-probationary.
- Flexible, remote work schedule (part-time, ~15–20 hours per week to start).
