We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with every customer as the face of Kilwins
- Share knowledge about Kilwins and its history with customers
- Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, sale fudge, chocolate, and other treats.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock tasty treats and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Have fun while working and creating a positive atmosphere
Skills

- A passion for customer service with enthusiasm
- Ability to handle transactions with accuracy and speed
- Team spirit and ability to follow directions
- No prior experience required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
