Overview
Hospitals Without Walls (HWW), powered by American Elite Enterprises, is urgently hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Part-Time Home Health Administrator. This role includes remote flexibility and the chance to lead high-impact healthcare delivery across California.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee home health compliance and operations
- Ensure CDPH and Medicare standards are met
- Supervise documentation, QA/QI, and care coordination
- Guide clinical teams on protocols and audits
- Advise on patient outcomes and nurse field visits
Requirements:
- Active RN License in California
- Minimum 2 years home health or clinical leadership experience
- Familiarity with CDPH regulations, Medicare, and compliance
- Organized, excellent communicator, and team-oriented
