Blue Bell Creameries is seeking a Part-Time Shipping/Merchandiser Associate in the Victoria, TX area.
A part-time merchandiser/shipping clerk’s responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping ice cream product displays full, neat and clean in grocery stores and other retail facilities;
- Maintaining good relations with customers and their personnel; and
- Regular communication with the branch manager and sales manager, including informing them of any concerns with equipment, product, or other issues.
- Unloading trucks (18 wheeler trailers) and placing products in cold storage warehouse;
- Reloading transports with returning packaging materials;
- Loading sales trucks with product for route deliveries;
- Keeping warehouse organized, clean and safe; and
- Assist in periodic maintenance of facility.
The position is part-time and pays hourly.
*The typical hours are 6+ hours on SUNDAYS. Working Wednesdays, holidays and covering vacations are required as needed.
