About the Role:
Dr. Squatch is looking for a Partnerships Associate to join the Growth Team and support our efforts in acquiring new customers and growing our awareness through brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing. This role will work collaboratively across all internal teams and consistently with external partners.
This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing.
This is a full-time, hybrid position with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, California. We are looking for local candidates only, as this role requires regular time in the office (typically three times per week).
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $65,000 to $85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
- Support partnership efforts across three main categories - brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and affiliate program.
- Drive innovation through new messaging and creative concept approaches for influencer partners across key social platforms.
- Aid in the execution of campaigns through coordinating communication, facilitating the needs of talent/agents, setting up links/trackin,g and gathering performance data for review and decision making
- Assist with campaign performance analysis and reporting across platforms.
- Keep track of latest platform developments (e.g., new features) and opportunities (e.g., betas) to leverage across partnership activations.
- Help source new partner opportunities, ideation/creative concepting,and assist in performance measurement and qualitative analysis of launches.
- Assist the affiliate program through weekly meeting support, daily asset sends, opportunity vetting, and coordinating paid opportunities.
- Accounting and finance support through billing and contractual reviews of all areas of partnerships.
- Stay on top of upcoming cultural moments and trends for new opportunities.
About You:
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Influencer, Partnerships, or related field.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related area of study is highly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest.
- A basic understanding of influencer marketing and associated metrics is highly preferred.
- A blend of a creative mind with no fear of crunching numbers.
- Problem solver with a sense of urgency.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership.
