Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in relationship management, event planning, and digital marketing, along with a passion for nonprofit management and fundraising.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic partnership plans to enhance organizational outreach and impact.
- Manage relationships with existing partners while identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Plan and execute events that promote collaboration and engagement among stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge for data collection, relationship management, and reporting.
- Conduct research to identify potential partners and funding opportunities.
- Write proposals and grant applications to secure funding for initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting for partnership-related activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing through platforms like Mailchimp.
- Manage social media accounts to enhance public relations efforts and promote events.
- Provide volunteer management support by recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers for events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership management or a related field within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong skills in event planning, proposal writing, and grant proposal writing.
- Proficiency in Constant Contact, Mailchimp, WordPress, and other digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with databases for tracking partnerships and fundraising efforts.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful relationship management.
- Knowledge of wills, trusts & estate law is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- University experience or background in nonprofit management is preferred.
