As we expand our fixed operations, we’re seeking a skilled Parts Manager to lead and oversee both stores' parts operations.
Position Overview:
The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of both the Chevrolet and CDJR parts departments. This includes overseeing inventory, supervising parts staff, coordinating with service technicians, and ensuring efficient parts flow to support sales, service, and collision operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can thrive in a multi-franchise environment and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the parts departments across both stores
- Supervise, train, and support parts counter staff, drivers, and inventory personnel
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through ordering, stocking, and return processes
- Collaborate with service and collision teams to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers (GM and Stellantis) and wholesale partners
- Monitor department performance metrics, profitability, and expense control
- Ensure proper documentation, warranty processing, and invoicing procedures
- Enforce departmental safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a dealership parts department
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Familiarity with CDK, Reynolds, or equivalent DMS platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-brand operations (especially GM and CDJR)
- Background in both retail and wholesale parts management
