As a Parts Specialist in the auto body industry, you will be a vital team member responsible for managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and driving retail sales. Your core skills in inventory management,Parts Trader, and customer service will be essential in ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient transactions, and a positive customer experience
Coordinates the receipt and ordering of automotive parts for vehicle repair, ensures the timely distribution of parts to technicians, posting parts in CCC and verifies pricing, provides support for customer service and is introduced to repair estimating with fleet and dealership accounts. Development path to Estimator.

- Parts receipt
- Parts mirror match
- Parts area organization
- Cart tagging
- Return and credit processing
- Reorder of damaged, incorrect or missing parts
- Verify parts receipt for vehicles to be delivered
- Post parts invoices in CCC management system
- Customer Service backup
- Schedule customer repairs
Qualifications
1+ year of auto body experience is required
Knowledge of automotive parts.
Strong interpersonal Skills
Organized, process driven and focused on details
Demonstrated commitment to continued learning

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
