Job Overview: Party Rental Crew Member
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join our team as Drivers and Setup Crew Members. The ideal candidates will ensure timely delivery, setup, and takedown of bounce houses, tents, and other party rental equipment while providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and clean the rental units.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Transport bounce houses, tents, and other party equipment to event locations.
- Safely and efficiently set up and take down bounce houses, tents, and equipment.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment.
- Clean and organize the warehouse, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Clean bounce houses and other rental units after events at the warehouse.
- Follow company protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Previous experience in delivery, setup, or event services is a plus but not required.
