- Full-time position (72 hours/2-week pay period)

Daytime Weekend Package
- Three (3) twelve-hour (12) shifts - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Work 3 out of 4 weekends a month, one weekend off
- Wage will be at 1.5 times the base wage
- Shift differential will be paid on weekend package hours, as applicable between the hours of 6p-7a
- Employee is NOT eligible for Paid Time Off benefits (PTO)
- Critical thinking skills, organized and a positive attitude
- Strong team-player
- Provides support with daily activities of hospital business office
- Register patients, schedule appointments, answer in-coming calls and collect patient financial liability payments
- Excellent customer service experience
- Familiar with medical insurance preferred
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Notary Public, will train
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one (1) year experience of patient access functions working within a hospital or clinic environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary in dealing with peers, internal and external customers
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
- EPIC experience a plus, or other Employee Medical Record System
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
