Position: Full-Time Patient Account Representative
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Multiple Locations)

The Vision Centers is a full-service optical practice dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized eye care. With multiple locations throughout Las Vegas, we are growing our team and looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused Patient Account Representatives to support our expanding operations.
Position Overview
The Patient Account Representative is responsible for managing front-office operations including appointment scheduling, patient communication, data entry, and billing support. This role plays a key part in delivering an efficient, organized, and welcoming experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Coordinate outpatient procedures and follow-up appointments
- Manage patient interactions by phone, email, and in person
- Accurately enter and update patient records and account information
- Assist with insurance verification and patient payment collection
- Maintain attention to detail while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Support the administrative team in daily office operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare, administrative, or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Proficiency with basic computer systems; willingness to learn new software
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude with a patient-centered approach to service
- Interest in growing within a medical or optometry office setting

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1+year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
