Job Summary
We are hiring a Patient Care Assistant to support patients and families in our specialty practice. This role combines patient interaction, office coordination, and basic clinical support. No experience is required — we’ll provide paid training.
Starting pay is $18.50/hour with raises based on performance. You’ll also be eligible for sign-on bonuses ($250 at 3 months, $500 at 6 months, $1,500 at 1 year). This is anin-person role with Monday–Wednesday 8am–5pm and Thursday 8am–12pm hours.

You’ll work directly with the doctor, have room to grow, and play a vital role in shaping how we care for patients. We’re looking for someone eager to jump in, start immediately, and work hard while building a career in patient care support.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, answer questions, and escort them to treatment rooms
- Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain cleanliness
- Assist with records, impressions, digital scans, and appliance adjustments
- Provide patient education and review follow-up instructions
- Support with scheduling, phone calls, and correspondence as needed
- Partner with the dentist to coordinate lab cases and appliance orders
- Help children feel safe, supported, and comfortable during visits
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with children and adults
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn — paid training provided

Compensation & Benefits
