Little Hands at Play Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator/scheduler for our outpatient therapy clinic. The ideal candidate for this position would be a self starter, able to identify and correct mistakes, a problem solver, computer savvy, possess good communication skills, and have good phone skills. A people person who enjoys being around children is a definite plus for this position. **Bilingual communication skills is a plus.
The following responsibilities are part of this position:
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
- Scheduling and rescheduling of patients daily and weekly.
- Maintains office office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and monitoring clerical functions.
- Prior authorization submission and retrieval.
- Provides procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Complete Insurance verification when needed.
- Maintains office policies by following standards and procedures, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
The ability to work in a team environment, helping others, at a fast pace is a necessity.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.25 per hour
