We’re seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Patient Care Coordinator for our Hagerstown office. What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact, making every patient feel valued and cared for
- Schedule appointments and prepare charts
- Answer phones and messages with professionalism and accuracy
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and medical offices
- Use our EMR system daily
- Work closely with the team to ensure a positive patient experience
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- A team player (medical office experience preferred, but not required)
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- EMR experience preferred
- Solid computer skills
