We have clinics in the Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Pahrump and Reno Nevada, and are adding new locations all the time. We are looking for someone with a forward-thinking perspective that has the desire to learn and grow.
Do you work well in a team environment? You will be the "Face" of Optimal/Affiliated. When a patient walks through our doors, you will be one of the first people they see. We strive to give each person that walks through our doors a great sense of well-being and belonging.
Medical insurance knowledge, authorization and verification experience preferred. Must have computer and typing skills.
The perfect candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
* New patient experience and scheduling. In person and virtually.
* Future appointment scheduling
* Answering telephones, routing calls, faxing, emailing (general office duties)
* Inventory control and product or miscellaneous items ordering
* Coordinating and scheduling
* Collecting Co-payments
*Bilingual
