We have an opening in our Patient Accounts Department. The duties of this job are as follows:
- Answer incoming patient and client phone calls.
- Reviewing accounts and answering patient questions.
- Transferring calls to appropriate departments
- The ability to fully document all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Working daily Patient Account related reports and tasks.
- Candidate must have a professional and pleasant approach with proper grammar and able to keep their cool with the occasional difficult patient, excellent oral and written skills, excels in math with the ability to read and understand financial ledgers, typing a minimum 50 WPM, the ability to quickly move from one task to another, answer multiple calls in successive order during high volume call times, and dedicated customer service attitude.
