Bespoke Aesthetics is growing and we're looking for a professional, warm, and motivated Patient Experience Coordinator to join our current front desk team. This is a key role that combines luxury-level service, operational precision, and strong communication — both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with polish and warmth
- Answer phones, texts (via Podium), and social media DMs professionally
- Manage the schedule, confirm appointments, and follow up post-visit
- Assist with patient retention, testimonials, and engagement
- Run reports and send branded text/email campaigns
- Create monthly newsletters (Canva) and support marketing initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
- Experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or high-end medical/spa environments
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- A polished, patient-focused, and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, messaging platforms
- Tech-savvy mindset and comfort with scheduling and EHR systems
- Loyalty, discretion, and a calm, capable presence
