About the Position
Our new front office administrator will be an integral member of our team.
As an front office administrator in our practice, your regular duties will include:
- Gathering patient medical history and insurance information
- Perform business and administrative tasks, such as maintaining eyewear order records, keeping track of customers' prescriptions, insurance, billing and reconciling.
- Verifying Insurance benefits and posting charges
Requirements & Qualifications
- Positive attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Experience with OfficeMate is a plus! (But not required)
- Warm, friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented
- Fast learner and interested in the latest eye care technology and eyewear trends
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate multi-taskers
- Must have the ability to work with diverse populations!
