The Call Intake Specialist is responsible for professional and courteous phone interaction with customers. Expeditiously answering all calls for service by determining the proper level of care, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, confirming pick-ups.
Ensuring that all customers feel valued.
Responsibilities: (Essential Job Functions):
- Answers incoming customer calls and understand their needs by asking a series of specific questions; to further clarify obtaining additional information
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problems. Calls clients to confirm scheduled pick -ups; cancels or adjusts as needed.
