Skilled listener, ability to answer switchboard/phone calls and transfer to precise locations. Responsible for responding to all codes/alarms systems.
The value you'll bring to the team:
- Project a positive and helpful demeanor while working with patients, visitors, physicians and staff.
- Maintains a courteous and professional manner when answering calls.
- Demonstrates skill and proficiency when executing overhead announcements.
- Prompt forwarding of all calls, when necessary, to proper departments, patient rooms or staff.
- Thoroughly understand and respond to all codes/alarm systems.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
High School diploma or GED.
