Job Summary and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY: TO PERFORM SWITCHBOARD ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE ADMINISTRATIVE AND REGULARTORY REQUIREMENTS.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- GREETS CALLERS, DEMONSTRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE & BEHAVIOR APPROPRIATE.
- ROUTES INCOMING CALLS, AND MAINTAINS APPROPRIATE TELEPHONE RECORDS.
- OPERATES PA SYSTEM, CONSISTANT WITH PROTOCAL, KNOWS ALL EMG. PROCEDURES.
- ATTENDS MEETINGS AS REQUIRED.
- DEMONSTRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE PRINCIPLES AND BEHAVIORS.
- MAINTAINS FACILITIES EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY.
- OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
What qualifications you will need:
- High School Graduate / GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Some experience preferred but not required.
