Job Title: Female Caregiver – In-Home Support

Job Description:
Care Connect, LLC, a trusted non-medical home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable female caregivers to provide high-quality care to individuals with disabilities and other support needs in a home setting. We are looking for caregivers who are dedicated to enhancing the independence, dignity, and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and safe transfers (fall risk awareness is essential)
- Prepare meals according to individual dietary needs
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and on errands
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive home environment
Requirements:
- Female caregiver (based on client preference)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing in-home care or working with individuals with disabilities
- Reliable transportation a must.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to follow a care plan and respond to evolving client needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting individuals with conditions such as Dementia, hospice, Parkinson's and MS.
- Familiarity with a range of physical, cognitive, or behavioral support needs
