A great receptionist can make all the difference in someone's day. Roxbury is seeking receptionists to work on a per-diem basis at our front reception area.
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming all patients and visitors who visit Roxbury Treatment Center. This is done either at the switchboard area or at our screening tent outside. The Receptionist is also responsible for operating the main telephone switchboard and routing all calls and messages as necessary. Administrative duties are assigned as well.
This position is a per diem (as needed) position. Hours are typically 3:30 pm to 8 pm during the week and 8 hour day shifts on the weekend.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred and must be proficient in Word and Excel programs.
