Overview
BryceTech is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to provide direct support to the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of International Engagement (OIE). The Specialist will design, manage, and analyze performance metrics and reporting systems to ensure the success of Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) agreements. This role plays a critical part in tracking program effectiveness, coordinating performance measurement activities, and delivering actionable insights to program leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement performance measurement frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for monitoring MDCP agreements.
Collect, manage, and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure alignment with ITA’s objectives.
Coordinate with cooperators (organizations holding MDCP agreements), ITA program offices, and field staff to gather inputs and ensure consistent reporting.
Transform data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Track multiple service delivery metrics and maintain organized records of performance data.
Provide recommendations to program leaders for improving program effectiveness based on data analysis.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in all reporting activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, public policy, data analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in program evaluation, performance measurement, or data-driven program management.
Strong analytical skills with experience working with performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical data to diverse audiences.
U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
Experience using PowerBI or similar data visualization and dashboard tools.
Familiarity with federal program evaluation or performance management processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a government contracting or federal program support role.
