We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and are open to experienced PTAs or COTAs who are ready to lead. You’ll be managing a talented multidisciplinary team in a non-SNF setting—no long hallways or endless care plans here.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily rehab operations and ensuring top-tier patient care
- Leading and mentoring your team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and assistants
- Coordinating scheduling, documentation, and compliance
- Fostering a healthy, communicative, team-focused culture
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to support patient outcomes
What You Bring to the Table:
- Licensed PT, PTA, or COTA in Virginia
- Leadership experience in a clinical setting (you know how to keep things moving)
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to build trust and keep your team motivated
- A proactive mindset and maybe a sense of humor (we won’t test you on it)
