Personal Assistant to Creative Entrepreneur – Organized. Trustworthy. Ready to Jump In.
Are you naturally organized, flexible, and ready to support a creative entrepreneur juggling multiple businesses and a nonprofit?
Lisa Stirrett — founder of a fused glass art studio, coffee shop, and nonprofit — is looking for a personal assistant who can bring consistency, reliability, and problem-solving to her full, fast-paced life.
This is not your average assistant role. You’ll help manage both the everyday and the unexpected — from organizing a closet and running errands to social media support and event prep. You’ll be working closely with someone whose businesses are built on creativity, strong values, and a deep sense of purpose.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are reliable and detail-oriented, with a good attitude
- Take initiative and finish what you start
- Don’t need constant direction but like clear expectations
- Are naturally organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Are comfortable in a values-based, faith-friendly environment
- Care about doing meaningful work and helping others succeed
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running personal errands (e.g., laundry, groceries – mileage reimbursed)
- Organizing home or office spaces
- Handling bills and light bookkeeping tasks
- Supporting Lisa’s calendar, inbox, and scheduling
- Social media assistance and basic content creation
- Helping with studio events and nonprofit projects
- Pitching in where needed to keep things moving forward
Schedule & Pay
- Tuesday–Friday, 30+ hours/week
- Occasional Saturdays by request
- $22–$26/hour, depending on experience
Perks
- 50% off drinks at Holy Grounds Coffee Co.
- Free access to create art in the studio
- Growth potential and mentorship from Lisa
