## Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate PCA to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities and ensure their well-being.
## Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide home community care including light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
- Support patients with memory care needs
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
- Lift and transfer clients safely as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
## Skills
- Experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
- Ability to cook and assist with meal preparation
- Proficient with patient observation and reporting
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
