Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or family members.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and their families to foster a supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate caregiving
- Willingness to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Basic knowledge of first aid (preferred)
- Experience in home and community care settings (preferred)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
