Our Personal Training Directors must have experience in, and a passion for:
- Marketing personal training to members
- Giving away sample workouts to experience what personal training can do.
- Sales negotiation
- Team management and accountability talks
- Exercise and living a healthy lifestyle
A Personal Training Director in an average club that enrolls (sells) 5 new personal training clients per week will earn $75K - $85K per year! And the best will even earn the title “DISTRICT VICE PRESIDENT!" (I did)
