We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personnel Manager to join our dynamic team. The personnel manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation Their primary responsibility lies in attracting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee relations, administering HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting new employees by researching the needs of various departments and creating job listings
- Hiring new staff and completing necessary paperwork
- Leading onboarding training for new employees
- Collaborating with other management members to create employee handbooks and company policies
- Planning or leading trainings related to professional and personal development
- Conducting audits of clinic operations.
- Overseeing employee departures and conducting exit interviews
- Maintaining regular communication with administrative staff.
- Checking emails, voicemails, and promptly returning missed calls daily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 year in a personnel management role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
The role requires regular travel between our Rittenhouse Square and Northeast locations in Philadelphia.
