Pest Control Technician - Greater Minneapolis Area

Spidexx Pest Control is currently seeking full-time ALL-STARS to treat our customers to AMAZING customer service!
Work schedule will be Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. Must be flexible.
Applicants in FOOD SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, PEST CONTROL, or with other CUSTOMER SERVICE-CENTRIC experience are encouraged to apply.
As a pest control technician, you will be working with customers in the Minneapolis area in different ways to rid their homes of unwanted pests, and applying safe pest control products to residential homes. If you love helping people and improving their quality of life, this job is for you!

Requirements:
- Must be FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL in every interaction with customers
- Must be able to maintain a HIGH-QUALITY standard of work with little supervision
- Must be able to work outside, year-round, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen (Spidexx does NOT screen for Marijuana)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a good driving record
Responsibilities:
- Apply pest control materials to the interior and exterior of customers' homes
- Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to each customer
- Problem-solve and find the best solution to customers' issues with pests
- Adhere to a route and stay on schedule
