Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets running iOS and Android operating systems.
- Repair electronic devices by soldering components, replacing parts, and utilizing hand tools effectively.
- Interpret schematics and technical documentation to assist in the repair process.
- Conduct software troubleshooting for various operating systems, including macOS and Windows.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used during service.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance overall service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working with electronic components.
Skills
- Proficiency in working with iOS and Android operating systems.
